Case Studies

Here are several examples of learning experiences I’ve designed to help organizations improve training, engage learners, and support real-world performance.

These projects highlight how I design learning experiences that focus on real-world practice, engagement, and performance — not just information delivery.

Featured Projects

  • Blue welcome screen with white logo of ClickLesse University and the word 'Welcome' in bold white letters.

    Clicklease University

    The Challenge

Clicklease needed a way to onboard new employees that went beyond policies and procedures. The goal was to help new hires understand the company’s mission, products, and impact while connecting their role to the bigger picture of supporting small business owners.

    The Approach

I designed an interactive onboarding experience that combines storytelling, scenario-based learning, and clear product explanations. Instead of simply presenting information, the course walks new employees through realistic situations and customer stories to help them understand how Clicklease helps businesses grow.

    The Learning Experience

    The course includes:

    • interactive scenarios that show how Clicklease supports small business owners
    • clear explanations of products and services
    • visual storytelling to connect company mission with employee roles
    • structured onboarding modules that build knowledge step by step

    The Outcome

New team members gain a clearer understanding of how their work contributes to the company’s mission and how their role supports small business success.

  • An aerial view of a soccer field with motivational text and branding overlay. The text says 'Game On! Build a Strong Mindset & Elevate Your Game. Let's go!' The branding includes 'ATHLETE MINDSET' and 'SPORT PSYCHOLOGY - PEAK PERFORMANCE'.

    Athlete Mindset Course

    The Challenge

Athlete Mindset needed a digital course that could help young athletes build confidence, focus, and motivation while remaining engaging for learners with short attention spans.

    The Approach

I designed a gamified learning experience that breaks mental performance concepts into short, interactive modules. The course focuses on practical strategies athletes can apply immediately in training and competition.

    The Learning Experience

    Key elements include:

    • interactive challenges and quizzes
    • short learning modules designed for mobile access
    • engaging visuals and sports-themed storytelling
    • design considerations for neurodivergent learners aged 10–20

The structure keeps learners active and involved rather than passively consuming content.

    The Outcome

The course helps athletes build stronger mental habits while keeping the learning experience accessible, motivating, and easy to return to between practices or competitions.

Note: This course is part of a paid program currently being sold by the client. Only select elements are shown with permission.

  • Title screen for a game called 'The Right Call' with illustrations of a man and a woman wearing headsets and working on laptops, set in a modern office environment.

    TCPA Quiz

    The Challenge

The client needed a way to reinforce key concepts from TCPA training while ensuring employees could recall the rules under time pressure in real situations.

Traditional quizzes often feel repetitive and disengaging, which can limit retention.

    The Approach

I designed a timed, gamified quiz experience that encourages learners to quickly apply their knowledge while receiving immediate feedback on their decisions.

    The Learning Experience

    The module includes:

    • time-based challenges that simulate real decision pressure
    • points and progress feedback to increase motivation
    • scenario-style questions tied to real customer situations
    • immediate feedback to reinforce correct behavior

    The Outcome

By combining competition, time pressure, and interactive feedback, the module helps reinforce compliance knowledge while keeping learners engaged.

  • A virtual Royal Queens Poker table setup with cards and chips. Four players with chips around the table, and three face-up cards in the center showing 10 of hearts, Jack of spades, and 8 of diamonds. The dealer button is positioned at the bottom center of the table.

    Poker Tutorial Video

    The Challenge

Royal Queens Poker needed a consistent way to train Tournament Directors on procedures and expectations across events.

The training needed to be clear, professional, and easy to distribute to new team members.

    The Approach

I created a scripted animated training video designed to clearly walk through tournament procedures while keeping the content engaging and easy to follow.

    The Learning Experience

    The video includes:

    • structured step-by-step explanations of tournament procedures
    • visuals and animations to reinforce key concepts
    • voiceover-friendly scripting for clarity
    • a format that can be reused for onboarding new staff

    The Outcome

The final training provides a consistent onboarding resource that helps Tournament Directors understand their responsibilities and maintain professionalism during events.
